If you refuse to sacrifice for your dream, your dream will become the sacrifice.

Big dreams will often unfold in phases.  Each phase on the journey is important and interdependent upon the other.  With proper planning and resources it is possible to achieve any and all that you set your mind to.  When people make sacrifices to attain a certain goal; achieving the goal is much more rewarding.  Be persistent and never give up on your dream.  The choice to pursue is in your hands.  There may be sacrifices to make along the way, and you must decide what the dream is worth to you.

Day 66 of 100 Days to Greatness

You want change and you want it now!  It’s paradoxical (or not) that many of you who want change, want to see it right away even though it has taken time, in many cases years, to produce who you have been becoming.  Just like planting seeds, the fruit of your labor has to go through the process of change before you can see the outcome above the surface.  Even then it takes time to produce the fruit of the seeds that have been planted.  Lasting change in personal development fosters deliberate growth when engaged in an effective mental capacities building program.  Some studies in NLP, nuerolinquistic  programming, have revealed that you can shorten the process of change with only one session.  Here’s a thought; the quickest and fastest way to create change in your life is to do something different than what you have been doing. Note and consider this, that the process of change begins the moment you decide to make a change and  it’s evidence will be revealed as you continue the process of personal growth.   Want to make a change? Day 65 of 100 Days to Greatness

Time waits for no one.  “Focus and Follow Through.” Sometimes this is easier said than done; however,  people do it all of the time.  When I work  with clients on time managememt techniques and skill sets, I have them take a day or two,  sometimes a week, for time blocking.   This helps you to recognize where you are losing time meant for productivity.  You should try it.  This allows you to see  how you are using every hour of the day.  In doing this you are able to see your day unfold in 15 minute intervals. This will also minimize the times you’ll hear yourself say, “I didn’t have time.”  It is important that you realize every moment counts and when you have learned how to concentrate your energy on the challenges of the moment and the task at hand you are able to forget everything else and create a space for creativity and inspiration.  Every thing on the todo list has a level of importance, you just have to determine that level.  Time blocking is a great way to refocus and will help you follow through with whatever it is that you desire.  Get more Done.
