Day 54 of 100 Days to Greatness

“If you really want to do something you’ll find away, if not you’ll find an excuse.” Jim Rohm

It never ceases to amaze me that people always seem to find a way to do the things they want to do and not always the things they need to do.   This mindset is not profitable in the marketplace.  You have to want to find success in order to be successful.  Successful people do not make excuses for why things didn’t workout.  Instead, they review their  strategy and revise their plans immediately.  You must be willing to the things you need to do even when it’s uncomfortable and be able recognize when your plan has taken you to a dead end road.  Instead up giving up, successful people will keep moving forward and take responsibility for their actions.   Taking responsibility for your own personal success is a true sign of personal leadership. Keep moving forward and success will find you.
