Be Optimistic!

A new  year has begun and there are numerous opportunities and challenges before you.  Know that how you view your challenges will determine your level of success.   Studies show that your self-talk is a primary factor in developing or stunting your level of optimism.  Being optimist helps in times of adversity.   Research reveals that optimistic people have less illness’ and perform better in high profile positions.  People with high levels of optimism are actually energized when face with failure; they become more determined, and more motivated to press toward the mark of success.  

How optimistic are you?  Very optimistic, somewhat optimistic, or a pessimist?
