Bad habit patterns must be destroyed and new neurological pathways created.
Destroying old patterns of behavior takes an effort. You must make up your mind to make a change in your life. You must dance with the idea of change and not be afraid of it. When you have walked through the grass in the same direction and place for a long time, you create trails. These trails are the paths that you take over and over again getting you to the same place. Let’s consider these to be your bad habits that block you from reaching your desired destination. You must take a different route to get to a new destination. You must create trails that will lead you to a different place.
In the last decade there has been much attention given to brain research; in this we understand that the brain is not hard-wired but instead has neuroplastiscity. Your brain can create new neurological pathways that result in change. Thus getting you to where you want to be. You really can change your life by changing you thinking.
